Publication Notes…

Convergent Evolution” will appear soon in The Cape Rock, and The Midwest Quarterly has accepted “Hillbilly AC” for publication. “Right of Way” was accepted for publication by Really System, and Contemporary American Voices has chosen to publish “On Goya’s ‘Fight with Cudgels’,” “Ember Garden,” “Guidebook Entry: Inventing Magenta,” “Wood Chip Trailer Sonnet,” and “Church Steeples.”

Also, Ink Pantry will be publishing “Quotidian,” “Dinner at the Kitchen Island,” “Allowance,” and “An Idea of Summer,” and I’ll be doing an interview with editor Deborah Edgeley for that edition, as well.

Poet Lore will be publishing “Late Winter Rain,” and Kingdoms in the Wild has accepted “No Need” for a future edition. “Preparing the House for Your Return” and “As Warm As Blood” have been accepted by GASHER, and Dale Wisely’s wonderful Right Hand Pointing will publishing “Good Medicine,” “Any Other Crocus,” “A Tedium,” and “Country Monument” over a couple of upcoming editions.

Peeking Cat has accepted “Bridge Line” for publication, and “Sweat Bee” will appear in Young Ravens.  Third Wednesday will print “Eye of Newt,” and “The Honey Thief” in an upcoming issue, and Boston Accent has accepted “The Soul That Sees” for its May edition.

A New Language” and “Love Triangle Sonnet” will appear in The Sunlight Press, and “On an Invasive Species” has been accepted by Switchback. “Buried Treasure” has been accepted for an upcoming issue of The Columbia Review, and Mantis will be publishing “The Natural History of Stones.” “Sublimation” will make an appearance in Bad Pony soon, and “Indigo Warp, White Weft” will be published in California Quarterly. Rockvale Review will be publishing “Tablelands Sonnet,” and both “Reconciliation” and “Background Music” have been accepted for publication by Southlight.
